Content Ownership
All photographs, videos, and digital content captured during tours by Humsafar Tours, its representatives, photographers, videographers, or clients may be used by Humsafar Tours for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes across various media platforms. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of such content without prior written permission from Humsafar Tours is strictly prohibited.Payment Policy
Full payment for the tour package must be completed before the commencement of the trip. Failure to clear pending payments may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.Identity Verification
Every traveler must carry a valid Government-issued photo ID during the journey. Boarding or participation in the tour will not be permitted without valid identification. Travelers visiting Sikkim must carry a Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License, as Aadhaar Card and PAN Card are not accepted for permit applications.Booking Transfer
Confirmed bookings are non-transferable. Only the individuals whose names were provided at the time of booking confirmation will be allowed to travel.Unused Services
No refund, adjustment, or compensation shall be provided for any services, meals, sightseeing activities, accommodations, or inclusions that are not utilized by the traveler during the trip.Personal Belongings
Travelers are solely responsible for their luggage, valuables, and personal belongings. Humsafar Tours shall not be liable for any loss, theft, damage, or misplacement of personal items during the tour.Departure Timings
Departure schedules are fixed and must be strictly followed. Travelers are required to report to the designated pickup point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time and remain in contact with the tour coordinator.Transportation & Air Conditioning
Air conditioning may be switched off in hilly regions or whenever required for safety and operational reasons. The driver reserves the right to regulate the use of air conditioning depending on weather, road conditions, and passenger safety.Missed Departures
Travelers who fail to arrive at the designated departure point on time will be considered as “No Show” and will not be eligible for any refund. Humsafar Tours may attempt to contact travelers before departure but cannot guarantee delays for late arrivals.Health & Safety
Consumption of alcohol, smoking, or use of prohibited substances during the tour is strictly discouraged where it may affect the safety and comfort of fellow travelers. Participants should ensure they are physically fit for activities such as trekking, camping, adventure sports, and other outdoor experiences.Adventure Activities
Adventure activities including but not limited to trekking, camping, biking, rafting, and similar experiences involve inherent risks of injury, illness, property damage, or even loss of life. Participation is entirely at the traveler’s own risk. Humsafar Tours shall not be held responsible for any accidents, injuries, or unforeseen incidents arising from such activities.Code of Conduct
Travelers are expected to maintain discipline and respectful behavior throughout the trip. Any misconduct, disruptive behavior, illegal activity, or actions that negatively impact other travelers may result in immediate removal from the tour without any refund.Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances
Humsafar Tours shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, cancellations, or additional expenses caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, landslides, floods, extreme weather conditions, road closures, political disturbances, strikes, vehicle breakdowns, accidents, or government restrictions.Travel Insurance
Humsafar Tours does not provide travel, medical, accident, theft, or baggage insurance unless specifically mentioned in the package details. Travelers are advised to arrange suitable insurance coverage independently.Itinerary Changes
Due to weather conditions, road conditions, operational requirements, or traveler safety considerations, the itinerary may be modified, rescheduled, or adjusted at any time. Such decisions will be made in the interest of safety, comfort, and the overall travel experience.Vehicle Issues
In the event of vehicle breakdowns or mechanical failures, Humsafar Tours will make every reasonable effort to arrange alternative transportation or assistance. However, no refunds or compensation shall be payable for delays or inconveniences resulting from mechanical issues beyond our control.Hotel & Accommodation
Humsafar Tours works with hotels and accommodation partners that maintain reasonable standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Any concerns regarding hotel services should be reported immediately to the tour coordinator. While assistance will be provided to resolve issues, Humsafar Tours shall not be held liable for disputes arising directly between travelers and accommodation providers.Acceptance of Terms
